Using the Drill bit with a Screw Driver Handle

Using the drill bit with a screwdriver handle is a good way to work around the problem of the drill press being out of service.  Note in the pictures below how you would do this.  It really doesn’t take much pressure to hand drill a cartridge. You are receiving a driver handle that works with your existing drill bit assembly.

WHY YOU MIGHT DO THIS:  If the drill press should break, not just a broken bit, you may need a manual way to drill holes.

WHAT YOU DO: Simply take out your spare drill bit or the installed one and snap it into the provided handle.
