Some locations have not had old injector needles replaced. Please check yours. The image below shows what to look for on the needle. The new needle comes to an even point while the old one has the pin hole on the side of the tip.
Using the old needles with newer cartridges like the HP 88 and 940 tanks are likely to cause filling problems.
