As of October 15th 2012, we have seen a new HP 60 Color and HP 60XL Color design and it will require a slight alteration of the refilling process.  Simply use the HP2 adapter for Prep,  then moved back to the HP3 Adapter for Fill.
The old cartridge has a square back/bottom, and the new style has a slope on the back/bottom area. Â This makes it easy to tell them apart.
